Refund Policy

CANCELLATIONS

Cancellations will be happily granted within 24 hours provided that we have not commenced processing your order.

REFUNDS AND RETURNS

Due to the handmade nature of our products, refunds and exchanges are not offered for simple change of mind once you receive your order.

In the unlikely event that you are not entirely satisfied with your order due to faulty product, we’re here to help.

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days from the date you receive your order to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and must be in the original packaging.

To request a return, please reply to your order confirmation email or by emailing us at erin@barneyandmoon.com. Please include photos which clearly show the issue or fault. Items returned without first making a formal request will not be accepted. Costs incurred for returning items are the customer’s responsibility. 

EXCEPTIONS

Please note that personalised items (ie. custom designs or script stickers) and advertised seconds-quality items can not be returned for a refund.
